We ships worldwide to nearly every country across the global, we employ the services of major, trusted international carriers to ensure your package arrives to your destination fast and securely.We also offer free flat rate shipping on all our products to most destinations.

Order Successful 

After you have successfully placed your order you will receive email confirmation from us. If you have any requests for your order, kindly let us know as soon as possible before your item enters the processing stage.

Processing 

Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

We will carry out strict quality controls on your items and ensure they are properly packed before preparing them for shipment. We are happy to announce that now most orders can be shipped out within 24 hours. Kindly note a small quantity of orders may still need between 3-5 business days depending on stock availability. 

Please note that the processing time is not included in the shipping time. The total time it will take to receive your order is the processing time + the shipping time.If you have any issues with your order, you can submit a ticket to our Support Center for further assistance. Our dedicated CS team will contact you within 24 hours.

We ship worldwide from China (Guangzhou&Shenzhen) daily except Sunday and Public Holidays.
Your order(s) will be dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment is received / cleared.
For most of the countries like USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Western and Northern Europe, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, etc, your parcel normally takes 7-14 working days to arrive. However, due to customs inspection, weather & traffic conditions, festive season, etc, there is a chance that your parcel may may be delayed by 5-10 working days.
For the countries that are not listed above, shipping time may takes 10-30 working days (mostly due to strict customs inspection or slow local postal service).
We also provide express service. If your order is $100, you can enjoy express for free.
Your package will arrive in 7-14 working days (Delays due to the global epidemic).

Shipping Policies

1. Shipping includes postage, handling & packaging fee.
2. Buyers are responsible for the customs duties in their countries.
3. Please double check the shipping address during the checkout process, buyers need to bear the cost of lost parcels or extra shipping fee in the case that an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
4. If your package returned to us due to unclaimed, incorrect address, etc, we will contact you to arrange the reship. Buyers should be responsible for any shipping cost incurred in this case.
5. We are responsible for any damaged item(s) during shipment. Please contact us with your order number and picture(s) of the damaged item(s) within 1 week of receipt and we will send you replacement(s) or issue refund.

Products and Description
1. Please read carefully the description & measurement of the item(s) you are buying, to ensure they meet your needs.
2. As monitors display colors differently, so the actual product(s) you received might not be exactly the same color as shown in your monitor.
3. All products are quality checked before shipment, however, they might have tiny flaws. We ship only the ones that we consider as acceptable. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased, please contact us.

Wrong / Incomplete Address
Please double check the shipping address during the checkout process, we cannot be responsible if wrong / incomplete address is provided. Buyers need to bear the cost of lost parcel or extra shipping fee in this case.
Cancellation
1. If you request the cancellation before shipment, we will issue full refund EXCEPT PayPal handling fee (not refundable from PayPal) and packaging fee (if applicable).
2. No cancellation is allowed after shipment.
Taxes & Customs Duties
We do not charge any fees on duty, taxes and customs. Buyers are responsible for the customs duties in their countries in case there is any.
Damaged Items
We are responsible for any broken / damaged item(s) during shipment. Please email us with your order number and the picture(s) of the damaged item(s) within 1 week of receipt.
Lost Package

Returned Package
If your package returned to us due to unclaimed, incorrect address, etc, we will contact you to arrange the reship. Buyers will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred.
